Description:
Scope of Work:
- Work with Operations and operational data to identify problem statements and trends, and develop possible solutions
- Propose solutions, including budgeting and funding, to management
- Source for solution providers and/or form task teams to develop selected solution
- Work with IT, SAP developers, internal departments and vendors to plan and execute projects, including data extraction
- Work together with team to continuously build-up roadmap and strategy for digital transformation for MRO
- Keep up with latest technologies relating to MRO
- Assist in Dept Head for other matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering/Mechatronics with electives in AI, Robotics, Programming, Data Analytics or Digital Transformation
- Possess problem solving skills and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Able to adapt, and has a continuous improvement and learning mindset.
- Experience in aircraft MRO operations in preferred.
