Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive analysis and design works for projects, under the guidance and supervision of seniors.
- Perform analysis and design for the project.
- Supervise the drafting of drawings related to design.
- Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.
- Assist QP/Project Lead in managing project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors, project team, design consultants (geotechnical, MEP, Architectural, etc.) and authorities to ensure smooth integration of C&S works within the overall project design and execution.
- Ensure compliance with statutory codes, safety regulations, and site supervision requirements set by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore and other relevant authorities
- Responsible for timely submission of drawings and reports to authorities and clients.
- Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectives.
- Work independently in analyses, design, submissions, tender support, construction support and coordination work.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- At least a good Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
- Well verse with engineering design to Codes, Regulations and requirements.
- Competency in Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS etc.
- Candidates with knowledge of design and analysis of structures under dynamic loading, would be advantageous
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work in a team.
- Self-motivated, innovative thinker and willing to take on new challenges.
- Due to security clearance requirements, only Singaporeans will be considered for the position.
