Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, finalization of accounts
- Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation
- Assist project team in plans, designs, site condition and method statement
- Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
- Job Site Coordination and Project Management
- Review and carry out Risk Assessment on all Job Site.
- Quality and Cost Control
- Purchasing and inventory management
- Prepare Drawings using AutoCAD Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:-
- Diploma/Degree in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate
- Preferably with at least 3-4 years’ of experiences in Handling Building & Construction project
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Drafting
- Basic MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel skills Competency
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage
- Ability to work well both independently and as a team
