About Us
We are a hands-on construction company executing projects like epoxy flooring, waterproofing, AAC/ALC walls with plastering and skim coat, and various minor upgrading works. We’re looking for a capable individual who can manage site operations independently and ensure smooth execution of works.
Responsibilities
· Plan and manage daily site operations for multiple ongoing projects
· Guide supervisors and workers on site activities
· Mark out works on site according to drawings
· Coordinate material deliveries and site readiness
· Monitor workmanship and quality control
· Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal team
· Report daily progress, issues, and manpower needs
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction
· 2–5 years experience in construction site works,
· Experience in architectural/finishing trades like epoxy flooring will be a plus
· Able to read drawings and mark out works on site
· Hands-on, proactive, and can work independently
Good team coordination and communication skills
