- Set up and maintain test equipment like Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, and Laser Mark.
- Run test program checks, load programs, and verify results.
- Perform characterization and sample screening.
Requirements:
- Nitec in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Handlers, Probers, Thermostream, or test bench equipment .
- Familiarity with Advantest V93000 systems.
- Experience supporting HTOL (High-Temperature Operating Life) testing.
- Able to work rotating 12-hr shift
