Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Environmental Health & Safety Executive/Senior Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the organizations EHS Management System (EHSMS) in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, RBA, and other customer or regulatory requirements
Design, conduct, and evaluate EHS-related training based on operational needs
Lead or support internal and external audits, follow up on corrective actions, and liaise with relevant departments to ensure compliance
Implement and monitor workplace safety and health (WSH) programs using relevant tools and resources
Conduct incident investigations and prepare required reports in a timely manner
Carry out workplace risk assessments, environmental impact evaluations, and safety briefings
Promote a culture of EHS awareness and compliance across all departments
May supervise a small EHS team and provide guidance to internal stakeholders
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and accountability in EHS practices

Job Requirements:

Degree in Environmental, Health, Safety, or a related discipline
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably certified in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Level C or equivalent
Strong understanding of local statutory requirements and guidelines (e.g., NEA, SCDF, PUB, MOM)
Good knowledge in environmental protection, workplace safety, and fire safety practices
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead investigations and recommend improvements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments and influence safe work behaviors
Able to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel overseas when required
