We’re looking for reliable and energetic Event Facilitators to join our team on a project basis! If you enjoy engaging with people, running activities, and helping events run smoothly — we’d love to work with you.
As an Event Facilitator, you’ll assist in managing and executing various corporate and social events, ensuring participants have a fun and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and oversee event activities based on a prepared program
Engage participants and maintain a lively atmosphere
Coordinate with the event team for smooth execution
Ensure safety and order during activities
Adapt to changes and solve issues on the spot when needed
Requirements:
Friendly, energetic, and dependable
Comfortable interacting with groups of people
Experience in events is a plus (but not required — training provided)
Able to work on weekends or travel to event venues when needed
