Job Details:
- Manage work progress of event coordinators and ensure that event spaces are fully rented out.
- Liaise and deal with clients for event spaces and payment.
- Develop and execute a good business plan and strategy to reach out to more client.
- Foster a good relationship with clients and company team.
- Create schedule and plan for upcoming event and venue proposal.
- Establish teamwork and lead the team for onsite and offsite work.
- Hold meetings for company team to update and review current event progress.
- Produce related paperwork for management for event proposal.
- Create and execute event within planned budget.
Skills required:
- Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Leadership Interpersonal skills for liaising.
- Management & Communication skills.
Pay: $4,500.00 per month + Commission
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- 6 Working Days
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or equivalent
- Resume required
Experience:
- Event Management & Marketing : At least 2 years
