Job Description
Expense & Reimbursemenet Management
- Process reimbursements for crew travel, P&I medical expenses, training costs etc.
- Allocate crew related expenses by vessel and project. Verify invoices and record them in the accounting system.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate Crew briefing both online and physical office visit.
- Coordinate closely with Manning agent, Finance and Vessel management group. Any our task or project related to the role
Requirements
Education: Polytechnic diploma is preferred, High school (A Levels or NITEC equivalent) or O Levels will be considered.
Past Working Experience: Basic accounting knowledge is essential. Prior experience in Maritime or crewing operationsxperience in working within a multicultual and experience in an international team environment is an advantage.
Basic Skill: English, Literate in Computer & MS office Application
