Stakeholder & Volunteer Management
- Liaise with corporate and individual donors, maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement.
- Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement to support CWW’s programs and events.
- Respond to volunteer program inquiries from individuals and corporate partners, providing information on available opportunities and coordinating involvement.
- Maintain and update internal databases for donor and volunteer records.
- Collaborate with external organisations, schools, and community partners to establish long-term partnerships and volunteer initiatives.
Program Support
- Work closely with Planning Teams to liaise with external stakeholders for volunteering initiatives.
- Work with corporate partners to secure volunteer programs.
- Position CWW’s programs effectively to attract volunteering opportunities and donations.
Fundraising & Donor Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, both in-house and in collaboration with external stakeholders, including organisations and foundations.
- Manage external fundraising events, corporate CSR fundraising initiatives, and third-party fundraisers.
- Oversee Giving.sg fundraising efforts, including campaign creation, donor engagement.
- Develop and implement donor engagement strategies to foster long-term relationships with corporate and individual donors.
Marcom
- Create visual assets (graphics, infographics, etc.) for campaigns, presentations, and community events.
- Curate compelling human-interest stories to highlight the impact of CWW’s programs.
In-Kind Donations & Logistics Management
- Liaise with corporate and individual donors to coordinate in-kind donations, such as food, school supplies, household items, and other necessities.
- Assess and prioritise in-kind donation needs, ensuring they align with the organisation’s and beneficiaries' requirements.
- Record donation-in-kind receipts in a timely manner.
General Administration & Query Management
- Respond to general inquiries from potential donors, volunteers, and members of the public.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and fundraising guidelines.
