The Opportunity
As part of the Cycle & Carriage Sales & Marketing team for the Mercedes-Benz brand, you will assist the Marketing Manager in executing retail marketing strategies to drive loyalty towards the brand. Working together as a team, you will actively participate in implementing marketing initiatives such as activations to garner test drives and lead acquisition.
Passenger Cars Sales Marketing
- Manage campaigns and launches to drive awareness and generate leads. You will be involved in planning, segmentation, creatives, and execution
- Events: Organise and manage events and road shows
- CRM: Segment data for campaigns and events
- Collaterals: Creation of online and offline materials to support sales & marketing initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders by ensuring consistent, transparent, and effective communication
- Proficient in working with external partners such as event companies, media and creative agencies
- Support the rest of the marketing team in ad-hoc projects as required
- Degree in Business Studies / Mass Communications / Management or equivalent with at least 3-4 years of events and marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve desirable results
- Demonstrates a positive and open mindset, embraces new challenges, and thrives as a team player in a collaborative and fast-paced retail environment
- Familiar with digital marketing strategies encompassing both paid and organic channels, eDMs and mobile communication
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Willing and able to travel, with flexibility to work on weekends and outside of regular working hours as required.
Café operations
- Oversee café management and its daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the operations team on inventory, supplier management, and quality control.
- Support event setup, seasonal promotions and visual presentation of café product offerings.
- Track and analyse café sales reports to identify opportunities for increasing profitability and driving higher footfall.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Studies / Mass Communications / Management or equivalent with at least 3-4 years of events and marketing experience
