The key responsibilities include:
- Establishing if the policy is engaged and evaluate the liability against our policyholder
- Ascertain, verify and assess the damages
- To negotiate settlement that is in the best interest of the parties
- To be vigilant and escalate suspicious case for further investigation Liaise with our policyholder to defend our position, if any.
Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma holder in any field
- Candidates with insurance certifications BCP, PGI, ComGI preferred
- Have 1 to 2 years of working experience in the motor industry in a similar capacity preferred
- Have good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
