Basic information:
- Location: Tuas South (Company transport at Tuas West Road MRT)
- Monday - Friday (7:45am - 4:45pm)
- Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB
Job scope:
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and check equipment (e.g., forklifts, VNAs); report and coordinate repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements; maintain records and participate in safety drills
- Handle general facility upkeep including basic carpentry, painting, and minor repairs; coordinate with contractors when needed
- Manage inventory of tools and spare parts; restock supplies as required
- Keep accurate logs of maintenance activities and prepare facility reports regularly
