JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities to deliver exceptional services to the Client.
- Liase with site in charge and perform weekly site inspection, ensuring the property is well maintained and do not disrupt daily operations.
- Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment. Supervise and ensure that maintenance works are carried out properly. Investigate, check and analyse breakdowns and faults. Come up with cost effective solutions to rectify. Keep a record of the faults to be presented to management during monthly meeting.
- Attend meetings, facilitate discussions, and foster collaboration between the Client and FM team.
- Review data from reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.
- Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
- Ensure compliance with latest authority regulations and Code of Practices
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Diploma in Facilities Manager / Engineering related courses or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management
- Accredited in Tier 4 of any Built Environment accreditation scheme or accredited in Tier 4 of Facilities Management scheme by SIFMA
- With SIFMA accreditation
- Understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills
