Our client is in the Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Facilities Officer to join their Team, aiming to enhance their current high performing team. They are located at Central – Easily accessible.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the overall day to day maintenance and operations of building
- Monitor and ensure that the systems operate smoothly in accordance with the design specifications
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure all contractors complete the repair and maintenance work within the timeline
- Responsible for the co-ordination of tenancy fit out works and monitoring of fit out acitivities
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling building's M&E
- Comfortable with 6 to 9 months contract
