Job Scope:
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) for optimal performance.
- Conduct regular safety checks and emergency drills.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Track and manage inventory of tools, parts, and essential supplies, including handling procurement and restrocking.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate with building services engineering experience is preferred.
