Finance AssociateWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations, accounting, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, assist in budgeting processes, and help maintain compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers a strong growth trajectory within the finance function.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
- Support monthly closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial dataAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMonitor cash flow and support treasury-related tasks
- Support tax filings, regulatory submissions, and internal/external auditsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance function
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditProficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles (e.g., IFRS/SFRS)
- Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities
