Position Overview
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the growth of a fast-scaling technology-driven financial platform. This role combines financial planning, business analysis, and strategic advisory, providing insights that directly influence business decisions. The successful candidate will have strong financial BP experience in high-growth industries, with prior exposure to digital assets, fintech, or online platforms as a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Business Partnering
- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
- Build financial models to evaluate product performance, user growth, and revenue drivers.
- Conduct P&L analysis across business units, driving transparency and accountability.
- Support financial feasibility studies and ROI assessments for new markets, partnerships, and initiatives.
Performance & Incentives Analysis
- Evaluate revenue structures, cost drivers, and customer lifecycle value.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to assess efficiency of incentive programs and growth campaigns.
- Develop ROI models to guide commercial decision-making.
Cross-Functional Advisory
- Work closely with data, product, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to integrate financial perspectives into business planning.
- Improve finance’s involvement in approvals, budgeting, and investment decisions.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and visualization tools that link business and financial performance.
Data-Driven Insights
- Translate complex data into actionable financial insights for senior management.
- Connect business performance metrics (e.g., volume, user activity, engagement) with financial outcomes.
- Enhance forecasting models through data integration and scenario analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years in financial or business analysis, with at least 2 years in fintech, virtual assets, or other high-growth industries .
- Strong expertise in budgeting, modeling, and P&L analysis.
- Experience with platform-based revenue models and incentive-driven growth strategies preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) advantageous.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese a plus).
- Proven commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to partner effectively across functions.
