The incumbent is responsible for financial forecasting, financial decision-making, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation to support and meet the Company’s business development strategies and overall operation management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Company's overall budget management, annual budget preparation, implementation and assessment of the annual financial budget according to the Company's strategic plans.
- Responsible for the accuracy of financial assessment indicators and financial reporting to the Company's Executive Committee on a regular basis
- Research financing channels and methods and formulate annual financing plans and programs
- Represent the Company to liaise with bankers and other financial institutions and maintain good relations
- Responsible for the Company’s accounting and tax management
- Formulate the Company's both medium and long term tax plans, and ensure Company's tax compliance
- Participate in business strategic decisions and project investment decisions, and provide the Board and Executive Committee with recommendations on project feasibility
- Develop foreign exchange rate management framework
- Review the annual work plans and annual budgets of subsidiaries
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or its equivalent qualification
- More than 10 years of relevant working experience in large enterprises and in similar industry
- Proficient with financial management processes such as financial planning, cost analysis, budgeting, and cost accounting
- Extensive knowledge and experiences in internal control and risk management
- Possesses strong cross-cultural collaboration skills to align multiple stakeholders and maintain high-performance teamwork.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and meet critical milestones.
