Our client is looking for a Full Set Finance Executive
FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Working days: 5 days (Office Hours)
Salary (Commensurate with Experience): $2,800 to $4,500 + Bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full-set of accounts
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions on accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal adjustments etc, meeting service standards.
- Perform compliance check on transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and management reports.
- Prepare audit schedules and facilitate audit exercise.
- Monitor and upkeep service standards and improve it constantly.
- Provide inputs for SOP review and process enhancement.
- Statutory Reporting
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA / CPA equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Work experiences in business outsourcing would be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in handling full sets of accounts and visualisation tools will be an added advantage
- Organised and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- A highly motivated individual and a good team player
- Able to work independently to organize and prioritize work.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
