Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate the Accounting & Finance team.
- Handling Full set of accounts and consolidation for multiple entities of the Group.
- Oversee a lean Finance team for the group and oversee day-to-day operations of the Group.
- Manage Month and Year End closing and other periodical deadlines.
- Overseeing all aspects of the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial planning.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and assist with grant management and liaising with government agencies.
- Other statutory reporting.
Required qualification
- Degree in finance/accounting or related.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role·
- Good knowledge and understanding of L/C, Corporate and Income Tax computation.
- Experience in the shipping/trading/Logistics industry is an advantage.
