We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Front of House individual to support our business operation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of our kiosks and courts, provide assistance and to meet the needs of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as check messaging system for bookings, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, maintain and update records and databases
- Able to sell packages when customers enquire about them
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and functions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- General basic cleaning of the shop
- Serve finger food and drinks to customers
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a polite, friendly and professional demeanour
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of retail operations
- Level 1 food safety and hygiene certification is a plus (Food handling requirements)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore
- Able to work from 10am-6pm or based on scheduling
