Front Office Executive - Hotel

Highlights:

• Location: Near to Dhoby Ghaut MRT
• Salary: Up to $2600
• Working hour: 3 rotation shifts
• Benefits: AWS, performance bonus; The client who is a hotel near to Dhoby Ghaut MRT is looking for Front Office Executive to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Reception Counter

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient service, addressing guest requests and resolving complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate room assignments, especially for VIPs and groups, and prepare necessary welcome amenities.
• Work closely with Duty Manager, Reservations, and Sales for smooth handling of VIP bookings.
• Manage guest check-in/out processes and ensure reservations and cancellations are handled accurately.
• Stay updated on room rates, offers, and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
• Support junior staff with training and ensure all guest communications (messages, mail, etc.) are delivered promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and assist during emergency situations.

What it Takes:

• experience in front desk service.
• Knowledge of OPERA system would be an advantage.
