Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate physical inventory levels
- Pick, sort, and pack customer orders with accuracy and care
- Process and fulfill B2B (business-to-business) orders in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and manage customer inquiries effectively
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation
