Will be handling the day to day operation at the restaurant
able to work day or night shift (night shift will end at 4am)
Job scope will include
- management of frontline staff
- communication with patrons
- maintained the food quality / hygiene when served
- managed all the delivery platform & inhouse delivery
- Able to co-ordinate on the catering menu, procedure & schedule
- creative thinking on monthly promotion, events
