What will you do
Website & CMS Management:
- Maintain/optimize global websites (Pimcore CMS) and all digital platforms (Partner Portal, etc.).
- Implement UX/CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) improvements.
- Manage email campaigns, lead flows, automation, and analytics.
- Integrate HubSpot with CRM/MarTech tools.
- Run Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn campaigns (global audiences).
- Optimize budgets for ROI; report on KPIs.
- Lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content localization (via Lokalise).
- Coordinate multilingual content workflows (Lokalise + HubSpot/Pimcore).
- Track performance (traffic, conversions, CAC) using GA4, HubSpot, etc.
What do we expect
- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing; 2+ years hands-on with HubSpot (certifications preferred), and CMS.
- Skills: Google Ads/Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), GA4, HTML/CSS basics.
- English and Mandarin fluency, Japanese and Korean as a plus.
- Global Mindset: Experience managing multi-region campaigns.
- Travel: limited or none – depends on management assignment.
