Job Description

We are looking for a highly accomplished Culinary Director to take full charge of our group’s culinary strategy and execution. This senior leadership role requires an exceptionally broad skill set across cuisines, operations, and consultancy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Multi-Cuisine Mastery: Develop, standardise, and continuously improve menus across Thai, Modern Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Western cuisines, ensuring authenticity and innovation in each.
  • R&D and Innovation: Lead culinary research and development to introduce seasonal creations, fusion concepts, and market-driven product lines.
  • Operational Consultancy: Establish and audit SOPs for food costing, kitchen workflow optimisation, inventory control, and vendor management across outlets and cloud kitchens.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and oversee multi-disciplinary kitchen teams, ensuring consistency and discipline in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Corporate Strategy Alignment: Work directly with management to shape F&B direction, culinary branding, and long-term growth plans.
  • Commitment: Be available for weekend operations, public holidays, and late-night assignments when required to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years’ professional experience, including at least 5 years in head chef / consultancy roles across multiple cuisines.
  • Proven expertise in culinary consultancy, menu engineering, and large-scale kitchen management.
  • Strong knowledge in food safety, international kitchen operations, and multi-cuisine workflow management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects (new outlet launches, menu roll-outs, cross-cuisine training programmes).
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills to manage diverse kitchen teams across outlets.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours in line with business demands.
