We are seeking talented Hairstylists to join our team!
Type of Employment : Full-time
Location: Orchard Central Rd
Rate:
$3,000 - 5 days work week (Guaranteed Salary & T&C Apply)
$3,500 - 6 days work week (Guaranteed Salary & T&C Apply)
ROLE OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair and beauty, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques while providing exceptional service to our clients.
- Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and preferences, and offer professional advice
- Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Recommend appropriate hair care products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a salon setting
- Experience with a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques
