Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director
Department: Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets and market share growth.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
- Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.
Set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide training and development.
- Revenue Growth
Drive top-line revenue through direct sales efforts and account management.
Optimize pricing, product mix, and customer segmentation for profitability.
- Key Account Management
Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee the management of high-value accounts and contract negotiations.
- Forecasting & Reporting
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the executive team.
Monitor and adjust sales tactics based on performance metrics and insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales campaigns, product offerings, and customer service.
- Compliance & Ethics
Ensure sales practices comply with legal regulations and uphold the company’s code of ethics.
