Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organisation’s HR strategies, policies and procedures
- Lead and manage staff recruitment to support the organisation’s business growth
- Formulate and implement staff performance measures, compensation, benefit policies and retention program
- Build a solid corporate culture to promote teamwork, staff learning and job happiness
- Recruit foreign workers in compliance with government regulations and process their work pass applications
- Liaise and communicate with government on HR matters, complete statutory surveys, and apply for HR-related government grants or funding programmes
- Plan and organise staff training, team building events, and corporate retreats
- Manage and process staff payroll, reimbursement and HR-related expenses
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, prior work experience in service businesses (e.g. education, healthcare) is preferred
- Good knowledge of government regulations and policies in labour market
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese languages to handle staffs and draft formal emails/letters
Qualifications & Desired Attributes
- Minimum Degree in Business/Human Resource (or equivalent) fields
- Minimum ‘B4’ in GCE O-Level for both English and Chinese languages (equivalent or higher)
- Positive working attitude, strong team player, good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work well under deadlines
Working Schedule
- 5 days per week, Monday - Friday
