Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee relations.
- Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (e.g., S Pass, Work Permit, Employment Pass).
- Maintain and update employee records in HR system and ensure proper documentation.
- Administer employee benefits, leave records, and claims processing.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with current labor laws and company standards.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documents when required.
- Any other ad-hoc HR or administrative duties as assigned.
