Salary: Up to $3,500
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive (Generalist) to join our team. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in performance management, training, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in a HR generalist role
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
