Job Description
- Plan, schedule and coordinate training with stakeholders, trainers and trainees
- Preparation, facilitating, coordination and conducting of various training programs
- Work with internal and external partners to design and develop training programmes
- Support performance management and appraisal
- Any other ad-hoc projects/tasks delegated
- Provide end-to-end for staff training including, but not limited to; registration, bonds and follow-ups.
- Track, update and maintain training records and competencies for staff across the organisation.
- Participate in marketing and outreach efforts including roadshows and job fairs.
Requirement
- Possess Diploma/ Degree in HRM, Business Studies or related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees and external parties at various levels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
