We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to support our recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms and job boards
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support in drafting offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Assist in organizing recruitment events or career fairs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR team
