- Planning and tracking shipments and liaising with the overseas suppliers.
- Preparing and reviewing the necessary import documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly and internal import files are properly maintained.
- Liaising with the forwarding agents to ensure the smooth clearance of goods through customs. Working with the warehouse assistants to ensure that the goods are received in order and performing any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- N level with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Import. 5.5 day work. (8.30am-5.30pm, Mon-Fri & 8.30am-12.30pm, Every Sat).
