Job Description:
- Fulfil tasks and jobs delegated by Project Manager to support the accomplishment of goals related to current project
- Prepare and analyze project related statistics using MS Office tools
- Assist in project related administrative duties and processes which include schedule meetings, take minutes, create progress reports, coordinate project activities, monitor progress, facilitate communications to project team, organize project related workflows, etc
- Prepare, organize and distribute project materials while maintaining confidentiality of all information handled
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders
- Alert the Project Manager to issues as they arise
