Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execution of day-to-day issues on restructuring and insolvency projects
- Liaison with stakeholders, creditors and other advisors
- Assist in preparation of letters, notices, reports and presentation slides
- Reconstruction of (complex) accounting records from incomplete information
- Adjudication of creditors’ claims
- Undertaking investigative work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent estate
- Attending meetings and assist in preparation of minutes of meetings
- Undertaking company analysis, including financial modelling if required
- Attending to statutory and compliance matters
- Ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
- Candidates with 1 year of audit experience in PAC firms and keen to specialize in Insolvency & Restructuring may apply
- 3 years of working experiences as above will be considered for Senior position
- Able to work independently and in a team, to manage the project and meet project deadlines
- Strong business acumen and logical thinking and analytical skills
- Good written and spoken English and interpersonal skills
