Position objective and summary
Provide full administrative supports to Maintenance Department.
Main tasks / activities / responsibilities
- Record and Maintain stock items in Navision.
- Assist with year-end audit
- Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, and goods used or issued.
- Gather, input, retrieve and maintain maintenance information in both computer and manual systems, prepare for the annual audit.
- Provide general clerical work to assure the smooth operation of the Maintenance Department
- Prepare summary reports of store and maintenance costs
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Internship
