IT Infrastructure Project Director
We are seeking a seasoned and experience Project Leader to join our IT Infrastructure team, based in Singapore, to support a strategic initiative that looks at IT Infrastructure transformation. This senior role is responsible to lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of key IT Infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing contractors and vendors, and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement infrastructure project strategy, plans, and governance frameworks
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects including planning, design, development, go-live, and closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve project goals
- Monitor project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve conflicts proactively
- Collaborate with internal departments such as IT Applications, IT Security, IT Risk & Compliance, IT Architecture and IT Transformation Office, for project alignment and support
- Provide regular status reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes, tools, and methodologies
- Lead and mentor the infrastructure projects teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and external partners
We are looking for people who
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computing or related field, with extensive experience in IT Infrastructure
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in large IT infrastructure programme/projects, with leadership roles
- Certification and strong knowledge of project management (e.g. PMP, Agile, PRINCE2) and portfolio management (e.g. PfMP, P3O)
- Prior experience in financial services and in working with regulators such as MAS and BNM
- Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams, manage stakeholders at senior levels, and influence strategy direction
- Proven track record managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong team player with attention to detail, resilience under pressure and an adaptable and resourceful mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
