We are hiring an IT Support Engineer for an FPSO project. In this role, you’ll handle IT equipment setup, installation, testing, and commissioning both onshore and onboard the FPSO. You’ll also support office and meeting facilities, troubleshoot systems, and ensure readiness before sail-off. Ideal for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on IT support experience (hardware, software, and networking) who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and receipt of IT equipment for FPSO projects
- Set up IT equipment in the Pioneer Computer Room to simulate ship environment
- Relocate and install IT systems from the Computer Room to the FPSO
- Perform integration testing and commissioning of IT equipment
- Configure and support offices, meeting facilities, and IT infrastructure onboard FPSO
- Conduct readiness checks to ensure IT systems are operational prior to FPSO sail-off
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience with strong knowledge of hardware and software
- Proven experience in onsite IT support (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripherals)
- Proficiency in standard applications (MS Office, MS Outlook) and operating systems (Windows & Mac)
- Hands-on experience with networking devices, troubleshooting, and data/voice network patching
- Basic knowledge of firewall management, KVM switches, and server rack configuration
- Strong communication skills with good written English competency
- A responsible team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Calm under pressure, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
