Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing processes
- Preparation of payments, tax invoices, and journals
- Managing cheque issuance and Giro payments
- Verifying petty cash reimbursements and travel claims
- Maintaining the daily cash book schedule and monitoring cash flow and balances
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Inputting payment, invoice, and journal entries into Globe 3 software
- Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of working experience Prior experience in construction industry is not a requirement but an advantage for this position
