Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, ensuring adherence to Kwaasong's quality and consistency standards.
- Support daily production operations, helping to ensure timely and exceptional output.
- Learn and apply new baking techniques and recipes under the guidance of senior bakers.
- Maintain the kitchen and baking areas to high cleanliness and organizational standards.
- Assist with managing inventory levels of baking ingredients and tools, including receiving supplies and monitoring stock usage.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring full compliance with all applicable standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to support smooth operations and efficient production.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience of at least 2 years in baking, ideally in a professional kitchen environment, or through a strong personal passion and consistent practice demonstrating equivalent skill.
- A strong passion for artisanal baked goods and a commitment to craftsmanship.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and baking techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and follow production schedules.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
- A collaborative attitude and a desire to contribute to Kwaasong’s growth and success.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
