• Possess a certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Surveying/ Construction Management/ Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years working experience as a land surveyor in a building project.
• Proficient in the use of surveying instruments such as Total Station, theodolite and dumpy level.
• Professional experience in a registered surveyor’s firm would be a plus.
• In-charge of all site surveying works, including setting-out, providing benchmark levels, reference grid lines, offset lines, etc.
• To perform as-built survey.
• To perform topographical survey as and when required.
• Maintain surveying equipment in good condition.
• Ensure regular calibration of surveying equipment.
