About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and hands-on Lead Aesthetic Trainer & Brand Ambassador to uphold and elevate our brand standards across all levels of service and sales. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the expertise and professionalism of our beauty therapists and sales consultants, while ensuring consistent customer experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development
Design and deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training programs for beauty therapists and sales consultants.
Conduct regular training refreshers to ensure consistent service delivery and updated knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and staff performance, identifying areas of improvement. - Hands-On Expertise
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, treatment protocols, and industry standards.
Demonstrate all treatment techniques proficiently, including the use of aesthetic machines and technologies.
Provide hands-on treatment support when needed to guide and inspire team members. - Leadership & Influence
Serve as a role model by embodying company values and standards in both customer service and operations.
Foster strong relationships with new and existing staff to build trust and influence positive change.
Support adoption of new systems, products, or SOPs across departments through mentorship and coaching. - Brand Representation
Represent the company at internal and external events, exhibitions, or trainings.
Maintain an exceptional personal image and communication style aligned with brand identity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry, preferably in both hands-on and training roles.
- In-depth understanding of facial, body, and aesthetic machine treatments and trends.
- Strong communication and leadership skills – persuasive, professional, and approachable.
- Able to work cross-functionally between training, operations, and customer experience.
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Multilingual is a plus (depending on your clientele and team language needs).
