Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, AI-enhanced lead generation strategies, integrating predictive analytics and enrichment data to accelerate MQL pipeline growth and conversion.
- Track and report on lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) programs and ensure messaging is consistent and tailored.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to tailor messaging per audience/market.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, messaging, and conversions.
- Implement marketing automation tools and digital technologies to streamline workflows and consistently meet lead generation and conversion targets.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to develop compelling marketing materials and storytelling content.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, growth, or performance marketing with exposure to campaign storytelling and content localisation.
- Well-versed in customer buying behavior, interest-to-conversion pathways, and market trends in cloud-based software models.
- Familiar with AI-enhanced tools and technology enabled lead-generation methodology.
- Hands-on experience using data orchestration platforms and advanced targeting methods, including predictive lead scoring and behavioral segmentation.
- Strong analytical mindset; confident with campaign reporting and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
- Strong grasp of end-to-end business workflows across multiple departments, enabling effective alignment of solutions with operational needs.
- Experience in SaaS and tech of B2B industries preferred.
