Job Title: Lead Purchasing Executive – Be the Backbone of Supply Chain
Location : Changi Logistech | On-site | Up to $3,500/month
Work Schedule : Mon–Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm | Sat: 8:30am–12:30pm
Contract : 6-month (with potential for extension or conversion)
We’re looking for someone who knows purchasing like the back of their hand and isn't afraid to take ownership of it. If you're a natural problem solver with logistics purchasing experience, confident in leading day-to-day operations, and bring a team-first attitude.
This isn’t just an admin role, you’ll be at the heart of purchasing strategy, communication, and execution. You’ll lead by example , and be trusted to keep processes flowing and standards high.
Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
- Manage daily procurement operations, from PO creation to supplier follow-up
- Be the main contact point for all internal departments and suppliers
- Source and evaluate vendors, gather quotes, and support vendor negotiations
- Ensure compliance with pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines
Inventory Management
- Work closely with warehouse to forecast needs and maintain optimal inventory
- Track delivery schedules and address any delays before they become issues
- Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier info, and product data
Reporting & Administration
- Generate accurate monthly reports (KPI, forecasts, summaries)
- Prepare supplier documentation, match invoices with POs, and support Finance with billing info
- Keep internal systems up-to-date and aligned with procurement activities
Requirements
- You’ve got proven experience in purchasing , preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
- You’re ready to take the lead, this role comes with responsibility, autonomy, and visibility
- You work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and keep things organized
- You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and always thinking one step ahead Comfortable with ERP systems and Excel
