Job Description
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven talent with a passion for luxury and a flair for customer engagement. As Livestreaming Manager, you’ll take charge of both product and sales execution primarily across our in-store and live-stream channels.This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of curation, storytelling, and selling. You’ll build a 360° view of the business — from authenticating inventory to driving revenue.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Merchandising & Product Curation
Authenticate, price, and curate luxury products for both online and offline channels.
Ensure visual and content presentation meets our brand standards and sales goals.
Work with the merchandising team to maintain healthy inventory levels and curate high-demand and high-margin SKUs for sale.
Build and grow a high-margin inventory pipeline by identifying in-demand pieces, nurturing trade-in and consignment opportunities, and aligning supply with sales trends to drive growth.
Live Selling & Digital Engagement
Host regular live-stream sessions that drive excitement, conversion, and loyalty.
Collaborate on livestream strategy — from product selection to scripts and timing.
Grow a community of online followers and high-value customers.
Retail Sales & Client Experience
Work with the Sales Team to drive in-store sales by offering expert advice, styling recommendations, and premium service.
Deliver a luxury client experience that converts walk-ins into loyal brand advocates.
Support day-to-day store operations and floor presentation excellence.
Qualifications
Sales-focused with deep knowledge (and love) for luxury products.
A natural communicator — confident on camera and face-to-face.
Detail-oriented with strong merchandising instincts.
Possess a clear understanding of inventory management, sell-through rate and profitability calculations.
Comfortable juggling responsibilities across multiple channels and formats.
Demonstrable leadership qualities and experience in managing teams
Someone who is looking to grow into a leadership role where you can aspire to manage your own P&L and run a business end-to-end.
