Job Description:
- Perform multimodal content understanding (text, image, video, reviews) for e-commerce products. Continuously optimize content moderation solutions for Product/Chat/ChatBot scenarios to enhance moderation quality and efficiency, building an industry-leading intelligent content moderation system.
- Deeply understand e-commerce business logic. Proactively collaborate with product, operations, and other teams to implement actionable solutions and track their business impact.
- Lead/participate in the end-to-end iteration of algorithm models, including but not limited to data construction, model training, instruction fine-tuning, preference alignment, etc., to support e-commerce product/Chat/ChatBot content moderation and content understanding.
- Continuously explore cutting-edge technologies (e.g., multimodal large models, controllable content generation, reinforcement learning, Agent) to expand application scenarios and improve business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields. Experience in e-commerce AI algorithms is preferred.
- Strong business acumen, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to design technical solutions based on business value and independently develop core modules.
- Excellent programming skills. Solid foundation in machine learning theory. Proficient in multimodal large model technologies, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and large-scale data processing tools (Hive, Spark).
- Familiarity with mainstream LLMs/VLLMs. Interest in RAG, RL, etc. Knowledge of large model training, quantization, and inference frameworks. Relevant experience is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce algorithm projects is preferred. Practical experience in product understanding/content moderation is highly valued.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and continuous learning ability. Passionate about technology and proactive in solving challenges.
