Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Track and update shipment statuses, resolve delivery issues, and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in the system.
- Assist in optimizing delivery routes and freight costs.
- Support the Manager in daily operations and reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- at least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or related areas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
