Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
- Provide consultation on servicing, repairs, and polishing options
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage service orders, documentation, and customer updates
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong passion and interest in luxury watches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends (5-day work week).
- Prior experience in a luxury watch authorised service centre is a plus
- Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
